I came to design because I have always had an obsession with color and typography; even before I knew what “typography” was. But as I started designing, I discovered that I also really enjoy making connections – between type and image; between brands and consumers; between thoughts and visuals. And I enjoy using this power to be a positive force in people's lives: to listen to their stories, learn about their passions, explore how to visualize that, and connect them to others in a deliberate, meaningful and impactful way.
For the last 12 years I have been the lead designer at Flint Design Co. in Portland, Oregon. I have worked on a wide array of projects for a variety of clients, expanding my design talents and honing my leadership skills.
